By submitting this booking, I confirm that:

• I have read and agree to the Friends of Hatay Terms & Conditions.

• I understand that travel is inherently flexible and that itineraries, accommodation, transport, or experiences may occasionally change due to local conditions, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond anyone’s control.

• I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with international and experiential travel and accept personal responsibility for participating safely.

• I confirm that I am medically and physically fit to travel and have disclosed relevant medical conditions, allergies, or support requirements.

• I understand that I am responsible for holding valid travel documents, including a passport, visas, and any required health or vaccination documentation.

• I confirm that I will hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, cancellation, and travel interruption.

• I understand that some services are delivered by independent local suppliers and that Friends of Hatay coordinates these experiences with care but does not control their operations.

• I agree to travel respectfully, follow guidance from hosts and guides, and contribute positively to the group experience.

• I consent to Friends of Hatay using photographs or video captured during the journey for promotional purposes unless I notify you otherwise in writing prior to departure.

• I understand that nothing in this agreement limits my rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
